Planning the logistics

J-Me has been planning the tour for months now, setting up appointments with bead,button and glassware factories. Dates have been set, then changed as factories have emailed back with scheduling changes. Rooms at the hotel have been arranged, then cancelled then re-set. Cars have been reserved. Flights have been reserved, then changed, then re-scheduled and finalized with payment made. Then additions to all of the above as new people sign on for the tour. Yikes! This year seems more complex than previous years.

But J-me can handle it. She is Wonder Woman.

We are getting closer- we leave May 19 from Sacramento and arrive in Prague May 21.
